Making money from CC+ for rightclearing.com

An animation I made for rightclearing.com explaining CC+ and the possibilities of simple music licensing through rightclearing.com.

I did everything on this video, except for the voice over, which is done by Alex Rain and found through voices.com. The music is the song “Derapage” by Zoën, which is licensed with CC+ and was cleared for use in an online video through rightclearing.com – it literally only took 5 minutes.

It started with idea and script development and I went on to do a digital storyboard using the highly underrated Adobe Fireworks. All vectors were then done in Adobe Illustrator for getting them into Adobe After Effects, where everything was animated and edited using coded expressions for ease of use.

The song is edited and re-arranged in Garageband, where the voice over was edited and mixed too. Finally everything was combined and exported using Quick Time Pro.
